Princess Lelang of Northern Yan (樂浪公主) (fl. 411) was the consort of the Rouran ruler Yujiulü Hulü. She was the daughter of Feng Ba, formally Emperor Wencheng of Yan.

In 411 Yujiulü Hulü, of the Yujiulü clan and the khan of Rouran, offered a tribute of 3,000 horses to Feng Ba and requested to marry Feng Ba's daughter Princess Lelang. Feng Ba, believing that an alliance with Rouran would be beneficial to his state, gave Princess Lelang in marriage to him.

樂浪公主，中國北燕文成帝馮跋之女。

柔然可汗斛律遣使向馮跋女樂浪公主求親，獻馬三千匹，馮跋命其臣下議論。馮素弗等上奏：「前代舊事，皆以宗女妻六夷，宜許以妃嬪之女，樂浪公主不宜下降非類。」馮跋說：「女生從夫，千里豈遠！朕方崇信殊俗，奈何欺之！」于是同意。派游擊秦都率二千騎，送樂浪公主嫁到柔然。之後，北燕與柔然結親，暫時避免了北魏的侵攻。
