荃：《廣韻》此緣切《韻會》逡緣切，𠀤音詮。《說文》芥脃也，亦香草也。《屈原·離騷》荃不察余之中情。《拾遺記》荃蕪香，出波弋國，浸地則土石皆香，以燻枯骨則肌肉皆生。又《正韻》蘇昆切，音孫。義同。又通絟。《前漢·江都王傳》繇王閩侯遺建荃葛。《註》細布也。又通筌。《莊子·外物篇》得魚而忘荃。《註》積柴水中，使魚依而食焉。
