| 35 | 問孔: | 《尚書》曰：「毋若丹朱敖，惟慢游是好。」謂帝舜勑禹毋子不肖子也。重天命，恐禹私其子，故引丹朱以勑戒之。禹曰：「予娶，若時辛壬；癸甲開呱呱而泣，予弗子。」陳己行事，以往推來，以見卜隱，效己不敢私不肖子也。不曰「天厭之」者，知俗人誓，好引天也。孔子為子路行所疑，不引行事，效己不鄙，而云「天厭之」，是與俗人解嫌，引天祝詛，何以異乎？ |
