履祥按：楚令，尹圍弑其君麇而代之，《春秋》不書弑而書卒。舊說曰：從赴告也，夫弑君而自立者，必不以弑赴也。而《春秋》正其弑此亂臣，賊子無所逃其罪於天下，後世所為懼也。何獨於圍而從所赴？曰：《春秋》之筆，微顯闡，幽弑其君而以薨赴天下，後世或不知其故，則以弑書之。若夫圍之弑天下，知之久矣！虢之㑹，諸侯大夫皆料其簒於未弑之前，朱方之師，諸侯三軍之士皆笑其狥於已弑之後，則夫從其赴而書之，天下後世益知其偽，赴之不可誣矣。此或者聖人微顯闡幽之意，蓋不可以一槩論也。雖然，楚之無君臣父子久矣，熊通弑其君囏而自立，是為楚成。已而其子商臣又弑之而自立，是為楚穆傳子及孫，至此四世而莫之或討也。然其兄弟子孫争國而自相賊殺者，僅存而無遺類矣。聖人於此亦投畀有昊而已。五年，晉使韓起聘于魯齊衛。
