3  | 麯酒母也一曰酒教也●雄方言糓音哭自闗而西秦豳之間曰糓麰音牟大麥麯也晉之舊都呼麰為䴭䴳干八切齊右河濟曰䴳䴹小麥麯北鄙曰䴹麯又䴽音卑細麥麯也䵆音●有衣麯也今天下通呼麯不聞有此數名也說文曰酴酒母也醴一宿成也醪渾汁酒也酎三重酒也醨薄酒也醑首酒也昔人謂酒為歡伯其義見易林葢其可愛無貴賤賢不肖華夏夷戎共甘而樂之故其稱謂亦廣造作謂之釀亦曰醖賣之為沽當肆曰盧釀之再者曰●醁醡酒曰釃酒之酒曰醥白酒曰醝厚酒曰醹甚白曰醙相飲曰配相強曰浮飲盡曰釂使酒曰酗甚亂曰醟飲而面赤曰酡病酒曰酲主人進酒於客曰酧客酌主人曰酢酌而無酧酢曰醮合錢共飲曰醵賜民共飲曰酺醉而怒曰奰美酒曰祿 |
