2  | 序：農之有諺，其來最古。說文諺，傳言也。古者酋軒所採，風謠所遺。片謠只句散在里鄙，曩籍亂縷，可得而言。若「黍稷無成，不能為榮。土上冒杴，陳根可拔，耕者急發。力勤十頃，能致嘉穎。三月昏，參星夕，杏花盛，桑葉白，河射角，諶夜裘成，蟋蟀鳴，懶婦警。射的白，斛米百射的元，斛米千。」「欲得穀，馬耳鏃，子欲富，黃金覆。椹百百，種黍時。坐賈行商，不如開荒。濕耕澤鑰，不如歸去。耕而不勞，不如作暴。」斯並至理恒言。不涉纖俗，其或發聲近鄙，適用惟良，雖有絲麻，無棄菅蒯。以彼僅身從事，樸野不文。管子呂覽之篇，汜勝崔賈之說。目未劉覽，言輒符合。自天時地得人情土俗，並有徵信，無假彫飾，驏非循之則得，違之則失者哉。雖孔門興不如之歎。班氏有鄙者之譏，小道恐泥，壯夫不為，然三變之禾取其顧本，藕犁之法足以富民，豈曰巢屑，概以略諸。 |
