14  | 南陽西郊有一亭，人不可止，止則有禍，邑人宋大賢以正道自處，嘗宿亭樓，夜坐鼓琴，不設兵仗，至夜半時，忽有鬼來登梯，與大賢語，矃目，磋齒，形貌可惡。大賢鼓琴如故。鬼乃去。於市中取死人頭來，還語大賢曰：「寧可少睡耶？」因以死人頭投大賢前。大賢曰：「甚佳！我暮臥無枕，正欲得此。」鬼復去。良久乃還，曰：「寧可共手搏耶？」大賢曰：「善！」語未竟，鬼在前，大賢便逆捉其腰。鬼但急言死。大賢遂殺之。明日視之，乃老狐也。自是亭舍更無妖怪。 |
