1  | 劉文清公墉按試揚州，焦里堂時年十七，應童子試，取入學。覆試日，文清問詩中用「馧黁」字者誰也，里堂起應之。問何所本，以《文藪．桃花賦》對，且述其音義。文清喜曰：「學經乎？」對曰：「未也。」文清曰：「不學經，何以足用，爾盍以學賦者學經。」明日復謁，復呼里堂至前，曰：「識之，不學經，無以為生員也。」里堂歸，乃屏他學而學經，卒成經師。 |
