18  | 晉假道於虞，曰：「冀為不道，入自顛軨，伐鄍三門。」杜氏以冀亭為冀國。嘗考之《東漢·西羌傳》渭首有冀戎，《史記》云：「秦武公伐而縣之。」漢天水郡之冀縣也。入顛軨者，蓋冀戎。前此虢公敗犬戎于渭汭，蓋亦渭首之戎。但秦之縣冀，在晉假道於虞之前，蓋其餘種也。晉自有冀邑。冀缺為卿，復與之冀。 |
