22  | 浙東入閩，道險而狹，迤邐千里，山勢崨嶫，灌木蓊翳，糾紛盤互，不逞之徒，往往跳穴其間。內可以聚糗糧，下可以伏弓弩，急可以遠遁走，緩可以縱剽掠。以故浙、閩多寇盜，好作亂，長吏不敢問，將兵者難撲滅，地險然也。又況括蒼諸坑，頗產貢金，椎埋嗜利者因緣為奸，趨之如騖，聚眾益多。以故慶元葉宗留，以千餘人攻政和，此亂之始也。然其由浦城，劫建陽，則自浙犯閩。攻上饒，破永豐，則自浙犯江。而葉希八又焚浦城，屯雲和、麗水，則自閩還犯浙矣。其時閩地鄧茂七反寧化，蔣福成反尤溪，莫不據地稱王，摧鋒陷敵，擁眾萬餘，轉戰數郡，比之於浙為尤劇焉。 |
