36  | 順治元年，出為山東青州知府。初上官，總兵官柯永盛以戍青州之兵徇高密，而侍郎王鰲永以招撫至，主餉。趙應元者，從李自成為旗鼓，覸青州兵寡，陽就鰲永降，請置孥於城。既入，遂執殺鰲永。文衡見應元，為好語，具疏請留鎮。應元喜，攫庫金，群酗。會梅勒額真和託、李率泰率禁旅略登、萊，道青州，營城西北。文衡惎應元出謁和託等，慰勞遣還，密令兵從入，夜起戮應元及其黨數十人。青州平。 |
