白君將化人，學實為本。官能宿業，教之所興。化民成俗，學則為先。官茍非人，教所由廢。冬、夏既非失教，春秋寜罰有辭。學立膠庠士分選造。將𢎞洙、泗之風必立膠庠之序。考課學令曰：諸博士助教，計當年以考等級。孔、劉蕡策生徒惰業，由學校之官廢。歸崇敬。徳行純潔，文詞雅正、形容莊重可為師表者，委四品以上各舉所知，在外給傳，七十者安車蒲輪，敦遣為博士。博士考課，學生謁師，䞇用腵脩一束，酒一壺，襂布一裁，色如師所服。師出中門，延入與坐，割修𨟉酒三爵止，乃發篋出經，摳衣前請，師為說經大略，然後就室，朝晡請益。師二時堂上訓授道義，示以文行忠信、孝悌睦友、旬省、月試、時考、歲貢眡生徒及第多少，為博士考課。太學當得天下名儒，楊綰宦者魚朝恩判國子監，既誅，因是建言太學當得天下名儒，汰其選，即拜綰國子祭酒。躬講經籍，陽城下遷國子司業，躬講經籍，生徒斤斤，皆有法度。專名譽，好文章，桞文四門，助教壁記有司命。太學之官頗以為易，專名譽，好文章者咸恥為學官。致令生徒不自勸勵，韓文近年吏部所注，多循資敘，不考藝能，致令生徒，不自勸勵。召惇師老徳以為學官。儒學傳序。帝求師儒貳我成均。桞文帝求師儒，貳我成均，開朗蒙滯，宣明徳教。大和潛布𤣥之，宻照羣生，聞禮後學，知孝進退，作則動言，是俲匪公之軌，人用奚蹈，麄厲貪凌，待公順之欺偽譎詐，待公信之！儒庠恣游息聖，籍飽商㩁。韓愈納凉聮句。凡諸學，皆有博士、助教，授其經藝通典。
