124  | ○諭軍機大臣等、耆英奏、接見咪唎口□堅使臣大概情形一摺。覽奏均悉。該夷使等所呈貿易條款。據該督詳閱。尚與新定章程約略相仿。無礙通商大局業經分別准駁。飭令藩司黃恩彤面與會議。阻其北行若複嘵嘵瀆請。但當諭以北省並無通事。內地官員不能通曉該夷言語。且彼處並無專司夷務之大臣。必致徒勞遠涉等語。一俟如何定議。即行據實具奏。至該督查看口□德酋、為人似尚明白。即諭以堅守成約。勿稍反覆。其大西洋舊兵頭吐唎喴啦口□邊哆呈遞公文。亦有北上之請。業經該督曉諭阻止。惟口□佛＜?口蘭＞哂使臣喇吃呢、據咪夷聲稱約計一月後可以到粵。似與咪夷通同一氣。俟該夷到日。如亦遞呈求見。著耆英察看情形。勿使別生枝節。將此由四百里諭令知之。 |
