《卷四 癆瘵第四癆瘵各疰論》
3  | 若寒熱自汗，面白目干，口苦，神昏，善恐，不能獨臥，傳在肝也。若寒熱面黑，鼻燥，善忘，大便秘瀉，口舌生瘡，傳在心也。若寒熱面青，唇黃，舌本硬強，言語不出，飲食無味，羸瘦吐涎，傳在脾也。若寒熱面赤，鼻白，乾燥毛折，咯嗽喘急，吐涎膿血，傳在肺也。 |
| 6 | 立齋嘗治一婦，素勤苦，因喪子肺病，飲食少思脾病，忽吐血甚多心病而自止，此後每勞則吐數口。瘵症已具，形體甚倦。午前以補中益氣湯滋其脾肺，午後以歸脾湯養其心脾，送地黃丸滋腎而愈。肺病、脾病、心病六字原注。又一女子患前症，反其唇，視有白點，此蟲蝕肺也。餘曰：急尋獺肝治之。不相信，果咯膿而歿。反聞其兄弟三人皆夭於此症。大凡久嗽，當視其兩唇，若上唇有點，蟲蝕上部，下唇有點，蟲蝕下部。 |
