91  | 先是，上谕中书省臣曰：「民国之本，古者司民，岁终献民数于王，王拜受而藏诸天府，是民数，有国之重事也！今天下已定，而民数未核实，其命户部籍天下户口，每户给以户帖。」 |
| 92 | 于是，户部制户籍、户帖，各书其户之乡贯、丁口、名岁，合籍与帖，以字号编为勘合，识以部印，籍藏于部。帖给之民，仍令有司岁计其户口之登耗类为籍册以进。著为《令》。 |
| 97 | 先是，上以郊祭之牲与群祀之牲混养，不足以别事天之敬，乃因其旧地改作而加绘饰：中为三间以养郊祀牲，左三间以养后土牲，右三间以养太庙、社稷牲，馀屋以养山川百神之牲。凡大祀牺牲，前一月，大驾必躬视涤养，继命群臣更日往视，岁以为常。 |
