164  | 正義曰左傳成十八年晉悼公初立施舎已責成二年楚將起師已責救之定五年歸粟於蔡以睭急矜無資也杜預以為施恩惠舎勞役也巳責止逋責也皆是恤民之事故傳引之以證大賚所謂周有大賚論語文孔安國解堯曰之篇有二帝三王之事周有大賚正指此事故言所謂也恱是歡喜服謂聽從感恩則恱見義則服故天下皆恱仁服德也帝王丗紀云王命封墓釋囚又歸施鹿臺之珠玉及傾宮之女於諸侯殷民咸喜曰王之於仁人也死者猶封其墓況生者乎王之於賢人也亡者猶表其閭況存者乎王之於財也聚者猶散之況其復藉之乎王之於色也見在者猶歸其父母況其復微之乎是恱服之事也傳列地至三品 |
