| 186 | 心懸懸如饑狀。欲食之時。勿與飲食。常以枳術丸三分。抑青丸一分和服。中脘有飲則嘈。有宿食則酸。故常噯宿腐氣逆咽酸水。亦有每晨吐酸水數口。日間無事。膈常如酸熱者。皆中宮不清所致。越鞠丸合佐金丸服最妙。婦人悒鬱。多有此証。逍遙散下佐金丸。腎肝陰虛。不能納氣歸元而作嘈雜。噯氣。痞滿。脈必澀弱。服補中、二陳諸藥不效者。臨臥用四神丸加川連。侵晨用六味丸加沉香。 |
