265  | 蟲由少陽風木。濕熱鬱蒸而成。觀日中有雨。則禾節生蟲。人患蟲積。多因飢飽失宜。中脘氣虛。溼熱失運。故生諸蟲。小兒最多。大人間有。其候心嘈腹痛。嘔吐涎沫。面色痿黃。眼眶鼻下有黑。嗜食米紙茶葉泥炭之類。沉沉默默欲眠。微有寒熱。治宜隨證用方。如心腹中痛。上下往來。發作有休時。喜涎出者。蟲也。烏梅丸。胃脘咬痛。發歇有時。痛發則吐涎沫。金匱九痛丸。狐疑善惑者。妙功丸。噎膈嘔吐者。剪紅丸。肚腹常熱者。化蟲丸。四肢常冷者。集效丸。 |
