15  | 晉成虒祁，諸侯朝而歸者，皆有貳心。羊舌肸曰：「諸侯不可以不示威，乃並徴㑹，遂合諸侯于平邱。晉人將尋盟，齊人不可。晉侯使羊舌肸告劉子，劉子曰：「盟以底信君，茍有信，諸侯不貳，何患焉！告之以文辭，董之以武師，雖齊，不許君庸多矣。天子之老，請帥王賦元戎十乘，以先啟行，遲速惟命」。羊舌肸告于齊，齊人聽命，肸曰：「諸侯有間矣，不可以不示」衆。乃治兵，建而不斾，既而斾之，諸侯畏之。同盟。鄭公孫僑爭承曰：「昔天子班貢輕重以列。列尊貢重，周之制也。鄭，伯男也而使從公侯之貢，懼弗給也。自日中以爭至于昏，晉人許之。是㑹晉以邾、莒之愬辭魯侯，故魯侯不與盟。晉執季孫，意如以歸。子服湫從。湫私于荀呉曰：「魯兄弟也，若為夷棄之，使事齊楚，其何瘳于晉子，其圗之！」呉以告韓起，且曰：「楚滅陳，蔡不能救而為夷執親，將焉用之！」乃歸季孫。 |
