榆皮味甘平無毒主大小便不通利水道除邪氣腸胃邪𤍠氣消腫性滑利乆服䡖身不𩚑甚實尤良療小兒頭瘡痂疕花主小兒癎小便不利傷𤍠一名零榆生頴川山谷二月採皮取白暴乾八月採實並勿令中濕濕則傷人陶𨼆居云此即今榆𣗳剥取皮刮除上赤皮亦可臨時用之性至滑利初生莢仁以作糜羮令人多睡嵆公所謂榆令人𭿜也断榖乃屑其皮并檀皮服之即令人不肌唐本注云榆三月實熟尋即落矣今稱八月採實恐本𦀇誤也今按陳藏器《本草》云榆莢主婦人帶下和牛肉作羮食之四月收實作醬似蕪荑殺蟲以陳者良嫩葉作羮食之壓丹石消水腫江東有刺榆無大榆皮入用不滑刺榆秋實故陶錯誤也臣禹錫等謹按《爾雅》䟽云榆之𩔖有十種葉皆相似皮及木理異爾而刺榆有針刺如柘其葉如榆𤅢為蔬羙滑扵白榆詩云山有樞是也藥性論云榆白皮滑能主利五淋治不眠療𪖙取白皮隂乾後焙杵為末每日朝夜用水五合末二錢煎如膠服差孟詵云生皮主暴患赤腫以皮三兩擣和三年醋滓封之日六七易亦治女人妬乳腫服丹石人採葉生服一兩頓隹子醬食能助肺殺諸蟲下氣令人能食消心腹間𢙣氣卒心痛食之良日華子云榆白皮通𦀇脉延傅癬
