50  | 球場在將軍山麓。《名勝志》：「唐刺史裴次元闢，北接山麓，構亭為記，稱二十奇。有望京山、觀海亭、雙松嶺、登山路、天泉池、玩琴臺、筋竹岩、枇杷川、荻蘆岡、桃李塢、芳茗原、山陰亭、合清洞、紅蕉坪、越壑橋、獨秀峰、筼簹坳、八角亭、盤椒石、白土谷諸景，又有漣漪亭、東陽坡、分路橋、乾岡岑、木瓜亭、石堤橋、海榴亭、松筠陌、夜合亭，合二十九景。」次元《自序》略：「場北有山，維石岩岩。峰巒巉峭聳其左，林壑幽邃在其右。是用啟滌高深，必盡其趣，建置亭宇，咸適其宜。勒為二十詠，詩各一章，章八句。」觀察推官馮審記略：「次元報政之暇，燕遊城之東偏，曰左衙營，遂命開治，化磽确為坦夷，去榛棘于叢薄，以為球場。其北乃連接山麓，翳薈荒榛，公日一往，或再往焉。捫蘿躡石，不憚危峭，轉石而峰巒出，濬坳而池塘見。為潭，為洞，為島，為沼，窈窕深邃，安可殫極，凡二十九所，見于歌詠者二十篇。」 |
