1  | 文宗咸豐元年春正月，帝侍太妃如梁格莊謁陵，越八日還宮。江蘇地震。夏五月，革甘陝總督琦善職。琦善以勦辦黑城撒拉回子及黃喀窪番子，妄殺雍沙番族頗衆，命革職交刑部審訊，旋命發往吉林充當苦差。六月，江蘇上海縣北門外民家地出血，血自地中上冒，色紅而微紫，出地即凝結成塊。南中各省多見雪。秋閏八月，南河豐北厯隄決，南河𡻷費五六百萬金，然實用之工程，什不及一，餘悉以供官吏之揮霍。河帥宴客，一席所需，恆弊三四駝，五十餘豚，鵝掌猴腦無數。食一豆腐，亦費數百金也，他可知已。驕奢淫佚，一至於此，而於工程方略方略無講求之者，故河患時警。 |
