定難留後李繼捧入朝，獻銀、夏、綏、宥四州。注俱見前六月，繼捧弟繼遷叛，走地斤澤。此夏州叛，宋之始夏地，斤澤在榆林府懐逺縣，故 州東北。夏州自李思恭即拓跋思恭，具見前。以來，未嘗親朝中國，至是，繼捧率其族入朝，帝嘉之，賜賚甚厚。繼捧陳其諸父昆弟多相懟怨，乞納其境內銀、夏、綏、宥四州，留京居之。帝為遣使如夏州，䕶緦麻以上親赴闕，以曹光實字顯忠，雅州百丈人。為四州都巡檢使。時繼捧族弟定難軍都知蕃落使繼遷，其高祖思忠，思恭之弟也，從討黃巢，戰殁賜祠。留居銀州，聞使至，乃詐言乳母死，出𦵏於郊，遂與其黨數十人奔入地斤澤，出其祖像以示戎人，戎人拜泣，從者日衆。帝尋以繼捧為彰徳節度使，問曰：「汝在夏州何道以制諸部？」對曰：羌人悍騺，但羈縻而己，非能制也」。秋九月，遼主賢卒，說具前。子隆緒小字文殊努。立復國號曰契丹。是後遼復稱契丹。今按文「殊努舊作「文殊奴」， 改正。
