738  | 按「異聞錄」：廣南苗民，其婦人能變為羊，夜出害人。有能為幻術，易人骨肉者。聞明時有仕於粵中者，偕二幕友宿於苗地。明日見二客彳亍於庭，視之各失一足，所曳木腿耳。詢之，一居苗舍，私苗人之妻，夫恨之，故易其腿；一居苗舍，苗婦挑之；此客不從其請，苗婦恨之，亦易其腿。官者窮治其事，苗人懼，請還其腿而去。「峒溪纖志」云：𭸰𤏡人能咒咀，變幻報讎家；又善變犬馬諸物。皆北路老番婦之類也。今問諸番，此術無有；殆國家威德廣被，雖有幻術亦不能靈矣。老子謂：以道蒞天下，其鬼不神，信哉。 |
