崔　楷字季則，辨之子也。性剛鯁，有幹材，釋褐員外散騎侍郎，能摧挫豪強，故時人語曰：「莫𤢒獬，付崔楷」。後為殷州刺史。州賊起，或勸減小弱以避之，乃遣第四女、第三男夜出。既而追還，勒兵士撫厲之，莫不爭奮，咸稱：「崔公尚不惜百口，吾等何愛一身」。城陷，合門死節。
