14  | 潔古曰肺主氣燥熱則壯熱飲水喘悶鼻乾燥手捫眉面瀉白散 胸滿短氣氣急喘𠻳上氣皆是肺氣有餘復感風邪之所傷謂之微邪先瀉而復發散之錢氏曰腎主虛無實也惟瘡疹腎實則黒䧟 腎虛兒本虛怯由胎氣不成則神不足目中白睛多其顱即解自開也面色㿠白此皆難養縱長不過八八之數若恣色慾多不及四旬而亡或有因病而致腎虛者非也又腎氣不足則下竄蓋骨重惟欲墜下而縮身也腎水隂也腎虛則畏明宜補之 |
| 98 | 錢氏曰積痛口中氣溫面黃白目無精光或白睛多及多睡畏食或大便酸臭者當磨積宜消積丸甚者當白餅子下之後和胃 蟲痛面㿠白心腹痛口中沬及清水出發痛有時安蟲散主之小兒本怯者多此病積痛食痛虛痛大同小異惟蟲痛當口淡而沫自出按小兒腹痛亦有傷冷食乳物及濕熱欲作痢而痛或發痧疹痛者皆宜詳悉 |
