1  | 古者四時田獵以習武事孔子譏不敎民𢧐者《周禮》司馬軍旅之政詳矣𢧐至漢唐兵法尤具焉自府衛廢而執兵者皆市人故有天寶之敗以至晋漢兵雖数十萬而皆不素習士居閑暇則自為生業将乗𫝑重則取其課直至周丗宗高平之退遂𭣣饒勇之士命太祖習焉取其尤者為殿前軍而禁衛之精自此始也宋興益精其法壮銳者升其軍籍尤懦者黜而去之以至太宗真宗屡自臨試而蒐擇故興囯有楊材之閱咸平有東武之蒐軍旅之盛近卋無比焉然自此兵益以廣議者以動衆為疑而簡練之綱遂踈黜廢之法益恕矣雖夫子丁寕𣣔𤞰其敝而群臣莫䏻本其意焉 |
