13  | 狀曰：「元美之序，先生詩也。謂似宋延清似王摩，詰似劉隨州。至樂府，則謂于鱗似合似離先生，以離為合，若小有軒輊云者。夫樂府不必言言，歌行言律，言絶則有唐三子，未必遽操前矛于鱗，未必盡歸左袒矣。要以于鱗才致橫軼，孤髙響絶，發脣𢶏耳，駭目洞心矣。徐而求之，聲實衡而肉好倍，繭絲溫而䴸麥飽，則先生寧甘左辟于于鱗也。先生辛巳，向予言：余為詩成于鱗，始學詩余見于鱗。于元美元美。悅元美稱五子，而余見汰余歸，獨往獨來，而五子疏試取余言，與五子較同乎？異乎，是宜弗相急而寢相遐也。余時不敢答今十五年獲執役于先生，豈復能為曹好語，用先生指狀先生耳。大抵先濮之音淫而先生，易之以雅于鱗之言法而先生，濟之以通隆，萬之趨史而先生主之以騷于鱗起白雪而先生倡清平。厯、濮互上下，兩君相頡頏，其取舍未始不相同也。先生裔孫、鴻臚君以治命命不佞侗狀，將詣宗伯師匄銘焉。夫弟子為先生，屬草則可，糠粃而為珠，玉導則不可心喪記。 |
