9  | 己酉，上批：「都大提舉成都府等路茶場，朝廷特以増廣𣙜賣路分，所以改置司名，其將事之人，資任雖淺，不可不隨，宜令與轉運使敘官」。後詔都大提舉視轉運使、同管勾視轉運判官、經制熈河蘭㑹邉防財用官，凖此。都大提舉成都府、永興軍等路𣙜茶公事陸師閔言：「乞於兩處各置管勾文字官一員，許不依常制。奏差承務郎以上或選人充，其勾當公事官見七員，內二員係奏差，五員選於吏部，今乞並許本司不依常制奏差指使五員，內有吏部所差不得力之人，今乞指名奏易，毎年舉選人改官，今以舊條通計當舉九人，欲乞特添三人外，有縣令小使臣陞陟數，止依舊條併舉，本司舊支頭子錢七百緡充公使，今乞特添三百緡。公使合用酒，欲乞隨所至州郡兊那支用，以米麯工價算還」。並從之。入內供奉官、勾當龍圖天章寳文閣馮景言：「被㫖為已差髙麗國信使，令排辦修補過河船及案視近便海道，今至登州宻州問知得兩處海道，並可發船至髙麗，比明州實近便」。詔景同宻州官吏募商人齎牒試探海道以聞。 |
