孟連長官司由姚闗東南行十九程至其地，又七程至孟艮，其東為車里，西為木邦，蠻名哈瓦，慓悍好劫，自古不通中國。明正統中，平麓川始來歸。萬厯間，其長刀派真有叔刀派漢娶於車里，因以車里殺派真而奪其官。十二年，率車里來貢。十九年，又勸緬入貢，派漢死，弟派金嗣。天啟二年，阿瓦破之㑹洞，吾代阿瓦阿瓦退，其差發額銀四十八兩，稱：本朝雍正八年，總督鄂爾泰奏：據土司刀派夷呈 ，仰皇賴洪福安享太平，年年豐稔，情願自雍正七年為始。 上㫖，每年納募，迺厰課銀六百兩，以充兵餉，奉各抒誠効， 孟連地處極邊，總督鄂爾泰化導有方，俾順貢納厰課孟連土司厰課，每年六百兩為數太多，着減半収銀三百兩，以昭朕柔逺至意。其雍正八年，已解司銀六百兩，着將一半，即准作辛亥年正課飛永平縣縣丞元時有馬氏世為土副使，明初馬鎖歸順，授縣丞，沿至馬一騆，一駿一騄騄，傳渥相本朝平滇騄投誠，仍授世職，傳至燕，以父子同惡。 濟於雍正五年革職氏施甸長官司莽。
