15  | 中丞王兄子，初一日因子名而告予曰：「人之生世，貴善良而材用，譬夫羊豕性馴，而乏可用之資，虎豹材逸而無可馴之理，惟牛與馬，乘服耕播，性馴狎大，有濟於世，故弱息四人，取其義，名之曰犄犆牥犅，吾友其為我字之。予即訓曰：徳驎徳駼，徳騵徳駺，雖然，牛不駕習，則有破車之暴，馬不控馭，則有泛駕之虞，士不學習，至跅●而無所用，四子尚涵，養其徳性修治其才學，異時任重道逺，無以襟裾貽誚，兹汝父之志也，其勉旃毋忽書字訓以貽之」。 |
