285  | 牛「通志」云：『黃牛角縮而短悍，水牛豐碩而重遲』、馬「諸羅志」：『本從內地來，近亦有牝而生者、騾、驢、羊黑者多、山羊、豬、狗有數種、獐似鹿而小。性悍善■〈拋，劥手〉、麂獐類也。有角而短細、鹿、麋鹿之大者、猴、兔、艾葉豹稍大於犬，無害。人或名獐虎、獺水居，殺魚。毛黑而潤、貓有花、黑、白等種，生琅嶠者佳。別有玉白貓，面有白絞、山豬野彘也、番豬毛黃色、鼠、山鼠「通志」：『名山𤟴。土人捕獲，以蔗梗填腹，去毛炙黃合豬肉煮食，味香美』、山貓取其毛以束筆，微短而軟、熊種類不一、竹䶉一名菅𤢭。 |
