12  | 訟有孚窒惕中吉終凶利見大人不利涉大川彖曰訟上剛下險險而健訟訟有孚窒惕中吉剛來而得中也終凶訟不可成也利見大人尚中正也不利涉大川入于淵也訟才用切爭也言之于公也古作䛦亦作㕬窒陟栗切訟上剛下險上剛是聽訟者下險是訟者險而健內藏其險而外濟以健好訟固在下下伺以險而上制以健使民有訟亦在上皆訟之道故訟五中正二有孚孚則不以險為通且以險為懼二非險之中而乃剛之中險不在下民无訟矣故吉訟无孚險終在下健終在上訟由是成凶尚五則不終故利見大人不尚五則必終下方在䧟上復入之始乎為坎終乎為淵別无出險之日故不利涉大川書人有小罪非眚惟終乃不可不殺有大罪非終惟眚乃不可殺與此終凶之終相發坎中原得乾剛中爻以䧟故險訟以坎剛來居乾內與乾五以中相孚來為剛中豈復險而成訟渙以坎剛來居巽內與巽四同功相渙來而有功險豈終窮之地彖于訟曰剛來而得中于渙曰剛來而不窮以此 |
