7  | 太陽病自汗脉浮緩為傷風用桂枝湯無汗脉浮𦂳為傷寒用麻黄湯傷風證見寒脉傷寒證見風脉則二藥兼用○張氏云凡服桂枝湯而吐者其後必吐膿血諸可汗證服麻黄湯之後發煩目䁚□者必衂血衂乃解○尋常感冐不換金正氣散加川芎燥實內熱者人參敗毒散與之世俗多以五積散為常用之劑然其用藥温燥但可施之寒濕其他證候服之誤人 |
