75  | 升陽柴胡湯出蘭室秘藏方名升陽泄隂羌活紫胡湯補陽羌活 獨活 甘草根 當歸身 熟地黃各一兩人參 黃茋 白术各半兩澤瀉三錢白藥一兩白茯苓 陳皮 防風各三錢生地黃五錢酒炒肉桂五分柴胡去苗一錢五分楮實五錢酒拌知母三錢製夏月加五錢右㕮咀每服五𧣴煎至一𧣴去粗稍熱服食後另合一料煉蜜為丸如桐子大食逺茶清送下五十丸每日與前藥合一服天氣暑加五味子三錢或五錢天門冬去心五錢更加藥五錢楮實五錢撥雲湯出試效方 戊申六月徐總管患眼疾於上眼皮下出黒白瞖二箇癮澀難開兩目無疼痛兩手寸脈細緊按之洪大無力足太陽膀胱為命門相火煎逆行作寒水瞖及膜遮睛証訶欠喜悲健忘嚔噴眵多時自淚下面赤而白能食不大便而数欠氣上而喘以此方治之 |
