62  | 庚戊，故庶吉士鄭鄤磔于市。先是，中書舍人許曦卿訐奏鄭鄤不孝瀆倫，與溫體仁疏合；令法司定罪。擬辟，上命加等。鄤，武進人；初選庶吉士，即有直諫聲。讀書能文，故文震孟、黃道周與之遊。當時欲借鄤傾震孟、道周，故讞駁逾重；而鄤居鄉，多淫傲不法，遂罹慘禍。詣西市，尚大呼冤；廷臣皆畏怯，莫敢申救。 |
