| 5 | 建隆三年春正月己巳，命淮南道官吏發倉廩以賑飢民。初，戸部郎中沈義倫使吳越歸，言揚泗飢民多死，郡中軍儲尚百餘萬，可貸，至秋乃收新粟」。有司沮義倫曰：「若嵗洊飢，將無所取償，孰當執其咎者？」上以詰義倫，義倫曰：「國家方行仁政，自宜感召和氣，立致豐稔，寧復憂水旱耶？」上悅，故有是命。倫𫝊不載其年，故事稱元年，寳訓稱二年，亦不知的是何日。按倫於元年二月壬戌初除戸部郎中，四月乙卯受詔分督在京諸倉，則使吴越必在督倉以後，安得尚指秋粟？其稱元年者，誤也。稱二年者亦無所證據，而此年正月乃有此命，疑此即太祖用倫之言，故載於此。倫於此年十一月丙寅，乃自戸部郎中除給事中。庚午，幸迎春苑宴射。 |
