4  | 等謹按《雜家》一門，昉於班史，雜之義廣，無所不包。《隋志》所謂兼儒墨之道，通衆家之意，見王化之無不貫也。顧名墨縱橫之屬，今已無書。黃虞稷《千頃堂書目》雖併入雜家，亦寥寥無㡬。至於兼綜六籍，泛濫百家，旁及名物象數之細者，要皆雜氏之流品也。指歸攸別，為類綦繁。《四庫全書》酌劑其宜，析子目凡六首，雜學，次雜考，次雜說，次雜品，次雜纂，次雜編。今從其例，以補馬氏之未備焉。 |
