31  | 辛亥，詔増周公謚法五十五字：美謚七十一字為一百字，平謚七字為二十字，惡謚十七字為三十字。仍令翰林學士承旨扈蒙、中書舎人王祐同詳定。蒙等奏議曰：上所増五十五字，皆可用，其沈約、宋琛續廣謚請停廢。詔從之。詔曰：史氏之職，歴代所先。政令之大小必書，人君之言動皆録。累朝多故，舊典闕如。䇿書所記言，殊為漏落。自今軍國謀議，宰相與聞者，宜令工部尚書、参知政事李昉撰録，每季終送史館；樞密院公事，亦令副使一人，專知纂録，送付史氏。昉上言：所修時政記，每月先以奏御，後付所司。從之。 |
