1  | 元祐元年二月八日，朝奉郎試中書舍人蘇軾狀奏。今月八日，准吏房送到詞頭一道，司農少卿範子淵知兗州者。右臣謹按：子淵見為殿中侍御史呂陶彈奏，為修堤開河，糜費巨萬，及護堤壓埽之人，溺死無數，自元豐六年興役至七年，功用不成，其罪甚於吳居厚、蹇周輔，乞行廢放。今來差知兗州，臣欲作責詞，又緣呂陶奏狀已進呈訖，別無行遣，其兗州又是節鎮，自來系監司以上差遣，即非責降有罪去處。臣欲不為責詞，又緣子淵無故罷司農少卿，出領外郡，似緣上件彈奏。有此疑惑，乞明降指揮，合與不合作責詞。謹錄奏聞，伏候敕旨。 |
