45  | 武宗南巡詔下，員外郎夏良勝、主事萬潮、博士陳九川連疏諫，而舒芬、黃鞏、陸震疏已先入，吏部郎中張衍瑞等十一人、刑部郎中陸俸等五十三人疏繼之，禮部郎中姜龍等十六人、兵部郎中孫鳳等十六人疏又繼之，帝與諸倖臣大怒，遂令良勝等一百有七人罰跪午門外五日。而大理寺正周敘等十人、行人司余廷瓚等二十人、工部主事林大輅等疏又上，帝益怒，並下詔獄，跪午門者，晚亦繫獄，晨出暮入，累累若重囚。僉事張英且肉袒戟刃於胸，囊土數升，當蹕道跪哭，即自刺血流出，衛士奪其刃送獄，問囊土何為？曰「恐污帝廷耳。」詔杖八十，死。舒芬等百七人跪既畢，各杖三十，良勝等六人及敘、廷瓚、大輅各杖五十餘，三十人各杖四十，有死者。然是時南巡之行，究因群臣之諫而止。其後南巡則又自宸濠之變，借為詞耳。 |
