27  | 范仲淹，字希文，蘇州吳縣人。舉進士，以吏部員外郎權知開封府，決事如神，京師謡曰：「朝廷無憂有范君，京師無事有希文」。時呂夷簡當國，進用者多出其門，仲淹上《百官圖》，指其次第，謂如此為序次，如此為不次，如此為公，如此為私語，侵夷簡，夷簡不恱，又論建都，謂洛陽險固，而汴為四戰之塲，太平宜居汴，即有事必居洛陽，夷簡目為「迂濶，仲淹復譏切時政，益與夷簡忤，罷知饒州。㑹元昊反，置陜西路安撫經略招討使，以仲淹、韓琦、龎籍分領之，號令明肅，賊不敢犯，呼為「龍圖老子」，謂其胸中有數萬甲兵，又謡曰：「軍中有一韓，西賊聞之盡膽寒」，軍中有一范，西賊聞之盡喪膽，元昊由此請和，遂召拜樞宻副使，改參知政事。 |
